SHUTTLE SERVICE

After looking at Ferry times, LEAVING WEST BOUND

It takes about 1.5 hours to drive from the Seatac airport to Anacortes.
NOTE: If you do not feel like renting a car,

they have shuttle services that take you to Anacortes from the airport.
OR
They have small charter planes that you can take straight to Friday Harbor for about $85.00

You don't necessarily need to rent a car. We are getting married in the town of Friday Harbor which is where most of the shopping, dining, and lodging will be. There are taxi's on the island that can take you where ever else you would like to go. If you have children, I highly recommend renting a car. They seem to get restless in the shuttle, especially with people they dont know.

FERRY SCHEDULE

We recommend that if you are driving, putting your car in line at least 1-2 hours ahead of time. Trust me, the summers up there are crazy and there are limited ferry times leaving from the mainland which is ANACORTES. I would check out this website before booking flights, that way you know wether or not you can make a ferry. If you dont make the ferry, there are hotel options right by the ferry landing. Its always an excuse to look around anacortes and enjoy the small town.
